One flight of stairs, to second floor, via outdoor stairs. Free WIFI & utilties (hydro & gas, which I pay online)
No elevator or wheelchair access, sorry.
Second bedroom can easily be used as an office.
Two balconies, both large enough to sit on to read, rest, lounge, bbq, with outdoort plants which need watering.
I live 6 months in Mexico, so I need a trusting person to maintain the apt., cat & plants while I am away.
