I do not offer returns. If you have any questions about a particular piece, please don’t hesitate to contact me before placing an order.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, WITHHELD ITEMS AT CUSTOMS.

SHIPPING INFO:
All orders within Canada are shipped from my Gatineau, Quebec (Canada) location, within 5-7 business days by CANADA POST Express Post. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.
– CANADA orders ship with a tracking number, unless othewise requested.
– USA orders ship with a tracking number. Please contact me if you require XPRESSPOST service with signature for an extra fee.
– INTERNATIONAL orders ship without a tracking number. I am not responsible for your parcel once it ships. Please contact me if you require a shipping service with a tracking number for an extra fee.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or incorrect shipping addresses.
I personally pack each order carefully to ensure that every art piece arrives safely to its destination.
I also highly encourage American & International clients ot use theor own shipper (Fedex, UPS, DHL etc) so that you can choose pick up & delivery costs, Customs forms, insurance, etc.
LOCAL PICK UP:
Local pick-up is available in Gatineau (Quebec, Canada) location, one block from the Museum of History.
DUTIES & TAXES if applicable:
Clients are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes and duties that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to Customs in your respective country.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
I accept online payments via Paypal internationally (fees paid by you), & Etransfer within Canada.
I do not accept credit cards.
PRICE CURRENCY
All prices are in US dollars, for artwork from the USA and all INTERNATIONAL ORIGIN.
Artwork by Canadian artists and/or origin are in Canadian currency.
