Outsider ‘Self Portrait’ Painting on Paper, 2011
Outsider painting purchased on the streets of Ottawa, Canada, by local artist Dan Seminick. Research shows me that he used to draw on sidewalks and also sold these small paintings. I believe this to be a self portrait, based on photos of him found online. Measures 7.5 x 10 inches on thick watercolor paper. Signed and dated “4/11” in thick red marker on verso.
